Mr. More is an associate appraiser with JPAS.  He holds a bachelor degree in business from the University of Montana and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1996 with 13 years of commercial appraisal experience throughout the State of Idaho.  He is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is pursuing coursework to become an MAI.

Mr. More has performed assignments in over 30 Idaho Counties including in all types of real property valuation including retail, office, industrial, subdivision, multi-family, as well as many other special purpose type properties.  He specifically has an expertise in apartments, RV & mobile home parks, car wash properties, funeral homes, executive hangers and airport FBO’s.

 

In his spare time J.T. enjoys recreational time with his wife and two children, sailing catamarans, backcountry skiing, and guest guiding on the Lochsa and Middle Fork of the Salmon Rivers.
